Basic Training Lessons
Golden Hour Basic Training lessons are your chance to work with a trainer for a personalized experience, where you will learn to use reward-based techniques, such as treats, praise, and play, to encourage desirable behaviors you wish to see from your dog. Those behaviors may include, sit, down, stay, place, polite greetings, walking nicely on leash, strong recall, and much more! With your schedule and daily routine in mind, along with an assessment on your dogs individual needs and temperament, a tailored training plan will be created, and training sessions will be done privately right in your home!
During each lesson you will receive hands-on guidance, ensuring you feel confident and capable to continue the training at home after each session, and ensure trust and joy in your dog's training journey!
A consultation is required before scheduling any training lessons. Consultations run anywhere from 60-90 minutes depending on discussion topics, are done in the clients home or virtually, and are a great opportunity to sit down and discuss your dogs history, behaviors, your training goals, and any questions you have moving forward.
This also gives the trainer a chance to obtain all the important information that will be used to create a personal lesson plan for you and your dog, and figure out how many sessions are needed!
Puppy Package
For puppies ages 8-20 weeks, we will work together to create a lesson plan that covers all your needs and gets your puppy on the right track. Learn how to teach them the foundation skills such as sit, down, stay, recall, impulse control and more, along with crate training tips, potty training tips, socialization, puppy biting, resource guarding prevention and enrichment ideas!

Manners & More Packages
For ages 5 months and up, we will work together to create a lesson plan to help your dog learn the basics to obedience, impulse control, loose leash walking, recall, and just over all better manners. Lets help them work towards becoming the very best version of themselves!
